Julia is a senior sustainability executive and trusted advisor to boards, CEOs, and investors, known for helping organizations at the start of their sustainability journey define and execute practical, business-aligned strategies. She brings hands-on experience guiding companies as they establish foundational structures and develop near-term roadmaps that reflect their stage of growth and strategic priorities.

At Peloton, Julia built the company’s first enterprise-wide sustainability strategy, launching circularity initiatives that became one of the brand’s fastest-growing customer acquisition channels while driving operational savings and efficiency. She was responsible for ESG regulatory reporting and disclosures, overseeing Peloton's ESG report, TCFD-aligned climate risk assessment, CDP submission, double materiality assessment, and Modern Slavery Statement. Julia's work consistently embeds ESG into core business strategy to unlock measurable value creation, strengthen resilience, and build stakeholder confidence.
