Kara is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 17 years of experience in HR strategy, system implementation, talent management, and M&A. She has deep expertise in career planning, HRIS implementation, process improvement, and union compensation models, with a proven ability to design scalable HR solutions that drive employee engagement and organizational success.

Kara spent 15 years at SLB in HR leadership roles supporting global workforces of up to 10,000 employees. She was extensively involved in due diligence and integration for acquisitions and joint ventures, while also leading succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives. Since then, she has provided HR consulting for startup and growth-stage companies, implementing HRIS and payroll systems, building HR infrastructure, and developing compensation and benefits programs tailored to business needs.

With a track record of delivering HR excellence, Kara is a trusted advisor and strategic partner for organizations seeking to optimize their workforce and achieve sustainable results. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development with a Business minor from Texas A&M University and lives in Houston, TX with her husband and two children.
