Biography

Jay Rice is an accomplished marketing leader with a proven record of developing and executing successful strategies across new markets, products, and verticals in B2B and B2C sectors. With deep expertise spanning strategic marketing, go-to-market planning, P&L management, and digital execution, Jay brings a unique blend of executive-level vision and hands-on tactical experience to the FSI team. His background includes leading global and national marketing organizations where he built scalable demand generation programs and measurable growth engines. Jay’s tactical expertise covers digital marketing, advertising, SEO, copywriting, analytics, and marketing automation.

Before joining FSI, Jay served as VP of Digital Marketing at HouseWorks Companies, where he launched integrated automation, attribution, and content systems that drove significant new business opportunities. Prior to that, he served as VP of Digital Marketing at Bottomline Technologies, where he led digital initiatives that contributed to the company’s $2.5 billion acquisition in 2022. Earlier in his career, Jay served as Chief Marketing Officer at both Industrious Digital Marketing and Thinking Chat®, where he helped grow the latter from concept to over 300 SMB clients and a strategic Fortune 500 partnership.

At FSI, Jay directs marketing strategy and execution helping clients and partners position their brands for scalable growth through data-driven strategy, content, and creative execution.

Jay holds an MBA from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. He has also completed advanced marketing certification courses at Harvard Business School, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and Babson College, further refining his expertise in strategic marketing, digital innovation, and leadership.
