Biography

Taylor brings a uniquely practical approach to technology implementation, grounded in both technical expertise and real-world operations. After graduating from Texas Tech University in 2018, he began his career on a machine learning team, quickly recognizing that most organizations do not need complex models, they need thoughtful integration of technology into existing workflows.

As the CTO and lead developer of two AI-centric businesses, Taylor has developed and operated systems across oil and gas, technology, trading, finance, operations, marketing and sustainability. This experience allows him to bridge the gap between executive strategy and technical execution. When a CFO describes inefficiencies in month-end close, a marketing department struggles with legacy processes, a hedge fund needs better data flows, or any department struggles with manual data aggregation, Taylor understands both the business impact and the technical pathway to improvement.

At Full Scope Insights, Taylor leads custom application development, AI implementations and workflow optimization initiatives. He focuses on replacing manual processes and overpriced legacy systems with fit-for-purpose, scalable tools built in weeks (not years). His work spans finance automation, web development, AI-driven document abstraction, marketing & SEO automation, API integrations, OCR-enabled data capture, and intelligent workflow design.
