Huei-Ren "H.R." Pan brings over 25 years of experience as an international business executive who specializes in aligning Human Capital strategies with financial objectives. He excels in transforming corporate targets into comprehensive Human Resources roadmaps that optimize enterprise value and workforce productivity while managing costs. At FSI, H.R. leads the firm’s Human Capital advisory services where he serves clients in fractional & interim CHRO assignments, M&A integrations, systems & program implementations, and in developing leading edge talent strategies.
With extensive experience across public companies and private equity-backed ventures, H.R. brings a unique perspective in designing and implementing fit-for-purpose programs across talent management, compensation, benefits, safety, processes, compliance, and advanced HRIS & learning management systems.
Beginning his career as a geophysicist, H.R.'s professional journey evolved through roles in Health & Safety, M&A, and international Human Capital leadership, including living and working in six different countries while managing human resources departments across six continents. Prior to joining FSI, H.R. held leadership roles and managed special projects for several private equity-backed businesses (500-5,000+ employees) and spent over 16 years with Schlumberger (slb) in multiple senior positions, including Human Resources roles with global responsibility.
H.R. holds a bachelor's degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin. He has further enhanced his expertise with certifications in Human Resources Management from Cornell University and Executive Coaching from Coaching Australia. H.R. is currently based in Houston, Texas, where he resides with his wife and three children.
