Challenge
An international environmental solutions company needed a credible, well-designed sustainability report to support strategic conversations with stakeholders, including investors, insurers, lenders, and employees. Without an internal full-time sustainability resource, the client required a partner to develop the right strategy, compelling narratives, and manage the reporting process for a differentiated result.
Solution
In 2025, FSI led the development of the company’s 2024 sustainability report. This involved spearheading data collection, crafting narratives, designing the layout, and delivering a polished final publication tailored to strategic audiences.
Impact
The report became a valuable tool in stakeholder meetings, including one with a European bank, which helped secure a ~40% increase in its international guarantee credit line, driven in part by the report's clarity and credibility. The report also facilitated EcoVadis reporting, employee hiring and retention strategies, and new customer acquisition.
